義式海鮮沙拉皿
Italian Seafood Salad

◎材料: 1. 鮪魚 200公克 2. 蝦仁 150公克 3. 干貝 150公克 4. 白蝦 300公克 5. 蘆筍 100公克 6. 紅、黃椒 各1粒 7. 義式綜合調味料 1杯
◎成品製作流程: 1.將鮪魚、蝦仁、干貝,切成小丁過油備用。 2.將蔬菜切丁(大小一致)約1公分備用。 3.最後把所有材料入盆,加入義式綜合調味料拌均覆蓋保鮮膜入冰箱冷藏入味(約1小時)後取出裝皿。 4.白蝦去殼留頭尾巴裝飾完成。 |
◎ Ingredients:
◎ Directions of the Dish: 1. Cut the tuna, shrimp meat and scallop into small cubes. Stir fry them for a little while. Take them out for use later. 2. Cut the vegetables into around 1cm cubes (of the same size) for use later. 3. Finally, add all the ingredients into a large bowl. Add in Italian assorted dressing and then stir with the ingredients well. Cover the bowl of salad by plastic wrap. Put the bowl in refrigerator for cooling (for around 1 hour). After that, put the ingredients in a container. 4. Garnish the salad by the white prawns, which are pre-cooked and shelled except the heads and tails. |
