椰子燉盅
Coconut Stew

◎材料: 1. 椰子 1粒 2. 豬尾巴 2條 3. 山藥 300公克 4. 枸杞 10公克 5. 紅棗 10公克
◎成品製作流程: 1.將豬尾巴切成小段約5公分,過水去雜質在洗淨備用。 2.山藥去皮切成5公分方塊丁備用。 3.將椰子汁、豬尾巴、山藥、枸杞、紅棗加入燉盅上爐中火燉煮約1小時至熟軟。 4.起鍋再加入鹽巴調味即可。 |
◎ Ingredients:
◎ Directions of the Dish: 1. Cut the pork tails into small sections of length around 5cm. Cook them in water until the water is boiling. Rinse them with water to remove the impurities. They are well prepared for use later. 2. Peel off the skin of wild yam. Cut it into 5cm cubes for use later. 3. Add the coconut juice, pork tails, wild yam, goji berries and Chinese red dates to a large handleless cup. The handleless cup is placed inside a tall pot with shallow water boiling on medium fire. The stewing lasts for around one hour, making the ingredients cooked well and become soft. 4. Add in some salt to serve. |
