蜜汁小山芋地瓜

◎材料: 1. 小山芋 1公斤 2. 黃金地瓜 1公斤 3. 香奎克 200公克 4. 水 2公升 5. 玉桂皮 1支 6. 柳 丁 0.5粒 7. 檸 檬 0.5粒 8. 二砂糖 300公克 9. 鹽 巴 1小匙 10.麥芽糖 300公克
◎成品製作流程: 1.把小山芋、黃金地瓜洗淨後、切成(小山芋大小)泡鹽水備用。 2.將柳丁、檸檬洗淨後切成圓厚片備用。 3.再把其他材料3~10混合入鍋,以小火煮開後,再放入(地瓜與小山芋)煮至40分鐘即可。 |
◎ Ingredients:
◎ Directions of the Dish: 1. After cleaning the small yams and sweet potatoes, cut them into pieces (with the same size of small yams), and soak them in salt water. They are well prepared for use later. 2. After cleaning the orange and lemon, cut them into thick circular slices for use later. 3. Mix Ingredients 3 ~ 10 in a cooking wok. Cook them on small fire until water is boiling. Add in sweet potatoes and small yams, and cook them for 40 minutes. |
