Rice Fragranced Sakura Shrimps

◎材料: 1. 櫻花蝦 40公克 2. 白米 5杯 3. 油蔥酥 2匙 4. 醬油 2匙 5. 沙拉油 2匙
◎成品製作流程: 1. 將材料2白米洗淨煮熟備用。 2. 油蔥酥罐裝含油(小火煮熟)備用。 3. 將材料5步驟1.2放入打蛋盆內備用。最後將炒鍋加入沙拉油,加熱後再放入櫻花蝦(留3分之1量放上面),爆香後倒入盆內與其它材料混合均勻,加入醬油再次拌均裝皿。 |
◎ Ingredients:
◎ Directions of the Dish: 1. Wash Ingredient 2 (rice), and then cook it well for use later. 2. Prepare the deep fried shallot (already cooked well on small fire) in a container with shallow oil. 3. Add Ingredient 5 and the ingredients of Directions 1 and 2 to an egg beating pan. Stir these ingredients well for use later. Add oil to a cooking wok and heat the wok for a while. Add in Sakura shrimps (leave 1/3 of the shrimps for topping the dish) and stir fry them until good smell comes out. After that, add to the wok all the ingredients inside the egg beating pan and other ingredients. Add in soya sauce, stir fry them well again, and put them on a plate to serve. |
